About Me

I jumpstarted my journalism career by moving to New York City just three days after graduating from the University of Houston in 2022. I currently work as a trending business and tech reporter covering major companies like Apple, Nike, and Meta.

While I take my duty as a business reporter serious, I like to incorporate fun elements into my print and visual stories by including pop culture references and making news more approachable for my Gen Z peers. I have ambitions of publishing a fiction novel in the not-so-distant future. Until then, I’m working on short stories and learning more about the creative writing process.

In my personal life I enjoy fashion, reading fantasy books, eating my way around NYC, and spending time with my two dogs.
